I haven't posted in a very long time but hope to start to from now own. I just gave a lecture/held a discussion on listening to the other, and how important it is in Israel, not just between Israelis and Palestinians but between Israelis themselves. The same holds in the U.S. and many other places in the world as the planet on which we live not only grows warmer but the people who live here grow more and more polarized.
